PROXY BALLOT INSRUCTIONS FOR HOMEOWNERS

 IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND THE EXTRAORDINARY MEETING, PLEASE USE A PROXY BALLOT TO CAST YOUR VOTE REGARDING THE PROPOSAL FOR THE CONDOMINIUM TO BECOME PART OF THE COCO WATER TRUST IN ORDER TO COMPLETE THE CONSTRUCTION PERMIT PROCESS AND MAKE THE CONDOMINIUM LEGAL.

 PROXY SOLICITATION
As a homeowner of one or more units at the Dolce Vita Condominiums in Playas Ocotal, Guanacaste, Costa Rica, at the close of business on February 24, 2014, you are entitled and encouraged to vote if personally present at the extraordinary meeting of homeowners to be held on February 24, 2014, at 10am at the Coco Palms Restaurant in Playas Del Coco. The meeting will be held in The Lazy Frog room near the swimming pool. The first quorum call will be at 10:00 am and the second call will be at 11:00 am if there is not a quorum for the first call. Registration will begin at 9:30 am.

A condominium homeowner that cannot attend the extraordinary meeting may vote by proxy. A Proxy Ballot will be transmitted in a subsequent electronic mail and MUST BE RECEIVED BY 9:00 am on February 24, 2014, properly notarized by a notary of the public in the Country the homeowner is residing in.

THERE ARE FOUR WAYS TO VOTE IN THIS ELECTION

1. In Person at the Extraordinary Meeting. Your must present your passport or cedula at the meeting. You do not have to bring any notarized document.

2. By Electronic Mail to PSC attorneys lcoto@pscattorneys.com. Please scan your signed ballot. THE BALLOT MUST BE NOTARIZED.

3. By facsimile mail to PSC attorneys 011-506-2670-1771. THE BALLOT MUST BE NOTARIZED.

4. By courier or individually to PSC Attorneys. 150 metros oeste dedl automercado.
Across from Banco Nacional. THE BALLOT MUST BE NOTARIZED.

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT ALL PROXY BALLOTS MUST BE NOTARIZED (EVEN IF DELIVERED IN PERSON) IF YOU ARE NOT ATTENDING THE MEETING.
