Last time I had problems changing my BNCR login password, because I was not reading the requirements with proper attention. Apparently you can not use any vowels. You must use at least 8 characters consisting of consonants and numbers.

For a few months some members were having problems to log in into the BNCR online service using Google Chrome browser. I had the same experience today and decided to use another browser and logged in without a problem using Opera browser.
If you had failed to login the first time while using Google Chrome, please do not keep trying, you will be locked out. Just choose another browser, Opera, Firefox or Microsoft Internet Explorer. Remember that you will be locket out if you fail three times in a row.
