Could you take a minute to look at your statement that was emailed to you tonight, October 11 at 7:00 PM.
If you made a deposit in September, the amount is listed under the column “Received from Owner”. If you made a deposit and it is not listed in the September row “Received from owner” please let me know. I have one deposit that was received on September 8 without any indication of what unit it belonged to. I am still holding it, waiting for someone to email me a copy of the deposit so I can give you credit for it.

Hello owners,
I am requesting a third time for you all to make sure your account statement reflects your payments. On September 8, someone made a deposit for $220 without their name or unit number indicated. If you have a property manager making payments, please check with them to see if they made a deposit for your unit without your name or unit number on it.
